Stuck for ideas for inexpensive gifts? Delicate tea cup candles are the lovely solution. What you need is an old tea cup which can be purchased on ebay, car boot sales or charity shops. Next you need to buy wicks, I get mine from ebay. Get an old pan, gently melt left over wax from different candles and stick wick in the middle. Support it with scissors i.e put the scissors flat on top of the tea cup, open them and gently close them with the wick in the middle! Leave to cool!
